Deposit system
The manufacturer pays a deposit to CPRI BV for each item produced. CPRI BV acts as intermediary and keeps the deposit on deposit until it is needed. CPRI converts the deposit to Bitcoin.

Role of the retailer
When a retailer purchases garments from the manufacturer, he or she pays the same amount down deposit to the producer.

Customers who purchase garments pay the same amount of deposit to the retailer, which provides an incentive to return the item.
